On behalf of the faculty and staff, it is my honor to welcome you to Lee Middle School, home of the Timberwolves! We are privileged to work with such an incredible group of students, parents, staff, and community members. At Lee, we collaborate to ensure that all students are learning at high levels and giving their personal best.

Our theme this year is "Full-Lee Committed." Being fully committed means being loyal and dedicated, willing to give time and energy to what we believe in to the greatest degree possible. We are ready and enthusiastic about taking our school to the next level by dedicating our time and talents to ensure our students are learning and growing. We are also fully committed to maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for our students and families.

This year, we are focusing on three key areas: learning, accountability, and student voice. Our learning goals include an increased emphasis on cross-curricular lessons, STEM education, vocabulary acquisition during extended learning time (ELT), and literacy across the curriculum. Our accountability goals involve more intentional monitoring of student progress using a wide variety of data and conducting data-driven teacher meetings focused on remediation and acceleration. Finally, to amplify student voice, we will encourage the use of student agendas, goal setting, student-led conferences, and student interest clubs.

I am thrilled for the 2024-2025 school year to begin! At Lee, we will continue to ensure academic success and positive social growth for each student through learning, motivating, and serving. Our top priority is keeping everyone under our care safe. Additionally, we will nurture a positive academic and social environment where students can thrive.
